Our story

We built OwnerSwitch for the person on the ladder.

OwnerSwitch started with a 1-5 truck residential shop in a Long Beach garage: finished work sitting uninvoiced after the driveway, and a business phone that still needs a careful first reply.

So we made a focused pilot for invited workspaces: review invoice drafts and bounded first-reply drafts already stored there, then take any customer-facing action yourself outside the app.

That line is the whole point. Drafts can be wrong. OwnerSwitch records your review; you stay the business and the sender. Day-1 does not create or send an invoice, ingest device texts or calls, or put live SMS on an OwnerSwitch-managed number. It is not for commercial dispatch shops, other trades, or hiring.
