Provider activation remains separately approved, and every customer-facing message still requires an authorized person's approval. Not included: custom development, receptionist coverage, quoting or dispatching on your behalf, general business consulting, or unsupported integrations.
The current pilot price is $199 per month. Invited businesses review and accept billing, activation timing, fair-use limits, cancellation, and taxes before any paid service begins. Joining the waitlist or completing intake does not create a charge.
Pricing questions
Is OwnerSwitch just an answering machine?
No. It lets invited owners review first-reply drafts and start invoices from their own jobs. Starting an invoice draft does not contact Stripe, and this build does not create a payment link, finalize, or send an invoice. You still copy replies from your existing business phone. OwnerSwitch does not send a business reply in Day-1.
Do I keep my current phone number?
Yes. Day-1 uses your existing business phone. This founding-partner build does not provision a per-shop OwnerSwitch-managed Twilio number or live 10DLC. Toll-free is not used as a bridge. Number porting is not promised.
How do payments work?
You can start and review an invoice from your own job in the invited workspace. Starting an invoice draft does not contact Stripe, and this build does not create a payment link, finalize, or send an invoice. An already-existing Stripe-hosted invoice can open in the system browser. The app does not collect payment information. OwnerSwitch SaaS is $199/mo on the web, not an in-app purchase.
Does OwnerSwitch ever send anything on its own?
No. Day-1 shows drafts for owner review. Starting an invoice draft does not contact Stripe, and this build does not create a payment link, finalize, or send an invoice. OwnerSwitch does not collect cards. You stay the sender on your existing business phone for replies, and the app sends no customer message. A separately approved future messaging pilot has its own consent and delivery terms.
