Confirm how your contractor can reach you

The business working on your project uses OwnerSwitch to manage messages. Use this page to verify your mobile number and say yes - or no - to receiving text updates.

Before you decide, three things in plain language:

Substantive replies you receive may be drafted by AI using bounded conversation context and approved business facts. A person at the business reviews and approves each substantive business reply before OwnerSwitch may try to send it. Narrow fixed consent and opt-out confirmations are the only compliance exceptions; they contain no AI-written business reply.
Saying yes is never required to hire the business or get service. You can always just call.
You can stop any time: reply STOP to any text for the fastest direct path, or use the web opt-out form if we can verify the business code and accept the request.

Step 1 of 2 - Tell us where to reach you

If we can verify the business code and accept your request, we record a pending SMS opt-in. If that business can send confirmation texts, a fixed confirmation may then be sent. Reply YES or START only if that text arrives. This form alone never turns messaging on. No business messages are sent until you confirm. If you don't confirm within 72 hours, the new request expires and nothing changes.

Secure online submission is unavailable because the required script did not load. Reply through the business's invitation text if one arrived, or call the business instead.

Business code The public code from your text or invite link (example: AC7F2K). It tells us which business you're confirming for.

Mobile number The number you want texts on. US numbers only for now.

Step 2 of 2 - Your agreement

I agree to receive automated, AI-assisted text messages from the business named above at the number I provided, per the disclosure above.

If we can verify the business code and accept the request, we record the date, time, and the exact text of this page (version 2026-07-15.1) along with your network address as consent evidence - details in the privacy policy. A browser submission is only a pending request, not completed SMS consent.

Prefer not to use this form? You can also opt in by texting YES in reply to the invitation text the business sent you, or just call the business - messaging is optional.

What happens next

If your request is accepted and a confirmation text is actually sent and delivered, it will use fixed compliance copy like this: "OwnerSwitch for [Business name]: Reply YES to confirm you'd like text updates about your project. Message frequency varies by job activity (typically 2-8 messages per job). Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel, HELP for help. Terms: https://ownerswitch.com/sms-terms/"
If that confirmation arrives, reply YES or START. The handset reply completes the new SMS opt-in.
If no confirmation arrives, do not assume SMS is active. This public site cannot confirm that your request was accepted or that a text was sent or delivered.
