It lets owners review invoice and first-reply drafts already stored in their workspace, then act outside the app. Day-1 does not create or send invoices, ingest device texts or calls, provision an OwnerSwitch number, or transmit customer SMS.
Same-day review of an invoice draft
Start an invoice from your own job in the invited workspace, then review the customer, descriptions, quantities, discounts, taxes, fees, due date, and total. Starting an invoice draft does not contact Stripe, and this build does not create a payment link, finalize, or send an invoice. OwnerSwitch does not collect cards in the app.
First-reply draft from the phone
Review a suggested first-reply draft made from customer context already stored in your invited workspace. You still send from your existing business phone. Day-1 does not ingest device texts or calls, provision an OwnerSwitch number, or transmit customer SMS.
Drafts you can correct
Drafts already stored in the invited workspace can be wrong, so you review names, dates, scope, totals, and other consequential facts before you act outside the app.
One job, one conversation
Keep the customer, property, active work, and approved conversation together so the invoice and the first reply have reviewable context. This is not a dispatch board or a hiring tool.
You stay the sender
OwnerSwitch shows existing drafts for review. You stay the sender on your existing business phone. Day-1 has no live 10DLC and no per-shop Twilio numbers. Toll-free is not a bridge.
Safety comes straight to you
Burning smell, sparks, or a shock? OwnerSwitch can flag the thread for urgent human review. It does not diagnose electrical hazards or autonomously send safety advice.
